The cocktail list at most New Orleans restaurants is as long and complicated as the food menu. We never succumbed to the siren song of to-go daiquiris in yard-long plastic cups shaped like a fleur-de-lis, but we did sample a few bartenders’ specialties. Not sure which got it worse here in the Big Easy: our stomachs or our livers.
